Online Event via Zoom

I figured that as well as stressful supermarket runs, family zoom calls, virtual quiz nights and full time caring, many of us could do with a bit of conscious, processing time. Led by Rob Calcutt from Urban Healer

About the Event

Expect a guided journey, some relaxing breathwork and a drum journey (sound technicalities permitting).

There's a lot to love about lockdown - it's not often we get a collective chance to press pause on our lives! However, for many, this stillness can come with a fair amount of anxiety and uncertainty - be that demanding carer responsibilities, financial/health concerns or separation from loved ones.

I want to keep this one simple - but also fairly formal - as an opportunity for people to review their story of lockdown. This is a chance to show up, just as you are, relax and press RESET on the stresses and strains of the day.

All moods are welcome/encouraged.

Preparation This part is more important than ever with digital ceremonies. Make sure you prepare a womb like space beforehand. Bring in some sacred objects, light a candle and spend some quiet/journalling time in it prior to the session. Blankets, pillows and an eye-mask all important for comfort. Headphones might be a good idea if dealing with background noise.

Start time: 11am. Duration 1 hour (may run over)

Spend the first half hour in solitude, getting yourself in the zone.  Breathe deeply for 10-15 minutes and let your intention for the session present itself. What do you need? (Keep it simple!)

The workshop is Pay What You Can. We suggest a minimum donation of £6 which can be paid via the GoFundMe link below.

All proceeds will go towards ending Nick's sister's 13 year lockdown for urgent neurosurgery in the USA.
